Vesting Reserves in the Taupo District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Tongariro/Taupo Regional Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserves, described in the Schedule hereto, in The Taupo District Council, in trust for recreation purposes.
