Existing Easements Acquired for State Primary School Over Land at Urenui Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the existing easements described in the Schedule hereto, are hereby acquired for State primary school and shall vest in Her Majesty the Queen on the date of publication of this declaration in the New Zealand Gazette.
