Land Acquired for Recreation Space for the Community (Sports Field) in the City of Dunedin Pursuant to sections 20 and 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Dunedin, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation space for the community (sports field) and shall vest in The Dunedin City Council on the 22nd day of August 1996.
