Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve over the land described in the Schedule hereto. Schedule Otago Land District Dunedin District 31.2430 hectares, more or less, being Sections 18 and 22, Block VI, Town of Hyde. Subject to a mining permit registered as 9D/542.
