Amending a Notice Realigning Road (State Highway No. 2), Tararua District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Regional Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Wellington, hereby amends the notice dated 4 June 1996, realigning road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 6 June 1996, No. 57 at page 1475 by deleting from recitals (b) and (c) the references to Gazette notice B. 505366.1 and substituting Gazette notice B. 505366.3.
