Land Acquired for Police Purposes in Matamata-Piako District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for police purposes and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 1012 square metres, more or less, situated in the Matamata Town District, being Section 18 of Block VIII of the Matamata Township, Matamata Settlement.
