Road Realignment (State Highway No. 5) in South Waikato District Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands: (a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto, to be road and vested in the Crown. (b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto, to be stopped and that: (i) Areas ``J'', ``L'', ``A'', ``F'' and ``H'', now known as Sections 1 and 2, S.O. 60147, and Sections 1, 3 and 4, S.O. 60148 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21A/1112, subject to memorandum of lease H. 773887, South Auckland Land Registry. (ii) Areas ``N'', ``R'', ``T'' and ``V'', now known as Section 3, S.O. 60147, and Sections 8, 6 and 7, S.O. 60148 respectively, and areas ``P'', ``X'' and ``Y'', now known together as Section 5, S.O. 60148, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 54D/120, subject to memorandum of lease H. 773887, South Auckland Land Registry. (c) Pursuant to section 119, declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, to be taken. (d) Pursuant to sections 117 and 119, declares the piece of stopped road fifthly described and the land taken, now known together as Section 2, S.O. 60148, to be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 21A/1112, subject to memorandum of lease H. 773887, South Auckland Registry.
