Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Together With a Declaration That the Area Become a Recreation Reserve Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes and, pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Act, further declares that the conservation area shall hereafter be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and classified as a recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of section 17 of the latter Act.
