Amending a Notice Taking Land for River Control Purposes Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Crown Property Services, Land Information New Zealand, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of July 1996 and printed in the New Zealand Gazette dated the 25th day of July 1996, No. 76 at page 1952, by deleting the reference to ``The Southland District Council'' and substituting ``The Southland Regional Council''.
