Revocation of the Appointment of The Franklin District Council to Control and Manage the Hunua Falls Scenic Reserve and Appointment of The Auckland Regional Council to Control and Manage the Said Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of The Franklin District Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further, appoints The Auckland Regional Council to control and manage the said reserve.
