Cancellation of the Vesting of a ``Stock Paddock'' Reserve in the South Waikato District Council The Regional Conservator for the Bay of Plenty Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation and pursuant to section 27 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, hereby cancels the vesting of the stockyard and water reserve for stock reserve described in the Schedule hereto in The South Waikato District Council, as at the 31st day of July 1996.
