Road Stopped in Otorohanga District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares: (a) The pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped. (b) That the area firstly described in the said Schedule, now known as Section 1, S.O. 30348, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 34D/64, subject to memorandum of mortgage B. 187830, South Auckland Land Registry. (c) That the area secondly described in the said Schedule, now known as Section 2, S.O. 30348, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 52B/705, subject to compensation certificate H. 119426, South Auckland Land Registry.
