Revoking a Proclamation Taking Land and a Storm Water and Sewer Easement Over Land, for the Development of Water Power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme) in Block VII, Atiamuri Survey District, Rotorua County Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands revokes the proclamation dated the 30th day of March 1966, published in the New Zealand Gazette on the 28th day of April 1966, No. 24, page 684, declaring land and a storm water and sewer easement over land, to be taken for the development of water power (Lake Taupo and the Waikato River Power Scheme).
