Declaration that Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Northland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Far North District Council on the 12th day of April 1996. ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Far North District Council hereby resolves that, the price of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a local purpose reserve (community use), subject to section 23 of the said Act''.
