Change of the Classification of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification over that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to local purpose (utility) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule South Auckland Land District Hamilton City 398 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 61, D.P. S. 21001, situated in Block XIII, Komakorau Survey District, shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
