Reclassification of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of that part of the Kilbirnie Park Recreation Reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for recreation purposes to a reserve for local purposes (community purposes), subject to the provisions of the said Act.
