Amending a Gazette Notice Acquiring Land for Road and Stopping Road Kairakau Road, Waipukurau District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated on the 12th day of October 1994, published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 24th day of November 1994, No. 124, page 3668, under the heading ``Land Acquired for Road and Road Stopped Kairakau Road, Waipukurau District'' by deleting reference to mortgage 456641.1 from recital (b) i and substituting recital (b) ii for the following: ``ii. The area marked ``E'' (now known as Section 60, S.O. 8959) shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title V1/1332, subject to mortgage 619609.3.''
