Land Acquired for a Limited Access Road in Whangarei District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares the land described in the Schedule is acquired for a limited access road, which becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule North Auckland Land District 24 square metres, being Lot 3, D.P. 87365 and being the residue of the land contained in certificates of title 1063/270 and 7B/854; shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
