Land Acquired for Road in Auckland City Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, excluding thereout a one half share in all minerals (except kauri gum), metal and precious stones upon or under the surface of the land as were excepted by transfer 37557 (C.T. 861/277), North Auckland Land Registry, for road and shall vest in The Auckland City Council on the date of publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
