Amending a Notice Stopping Road and Taking Land for Severance in Westland District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Hokitika, hereby amends the notice dated 11 April 1996, stopping road and taking land for severance, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 18 April 1996, No. 36 at page 1070, by deleting the followed area from the Third Schedule.
