Declaration That Land is a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Hauraki District Council on the 5th day of February 1992: ``That in the exercise of powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Hauraki District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said council in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose (esplanade) reserve within the meaning of the said Act.''
