Land Acquired for a Public Carpark in South Waikato District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for a public carpark and shall vest in The South Waikato District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 281 square metres, situated in Block II, Patetere North Survey District, being part Lot 2, D.P. 25678, as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
