Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in the District of Marlborough Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Canterbury Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule Marlborough Land District 6.915 hectares, situated in Block VIII, Mount Fyffe Survey District, being part Lot 1, D.P. 9795, as shown marked ``A'' on S.O.
