Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of urupa and marae, to be known as Whakatangata for the common use and benefit of descendants of Pouro and Paranui Matiu. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Whangape Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 2.3000 Part Rotokakahi A3A3B, being part of the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 29 April 1925.
