Amending Notice Land to be Taken for Road and Road to be Stopped and Vested, Hurford Road, New Plymouth Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth, hereby amends the notice dated 11 December 1995, published in the New Zealand Gazette on 14 December 1995, No. 147 at page 4800, by substituting the word ``Okato'' in the First and Second Schedules with ``Omata''.
