Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from local purpose (water conservation) reserve to local purpose (quarry) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Schedule South Auckland Land District Waikato District 10.5184 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 59026, situated in Block II, Piako Survey District.
