Cancellation of the Vesting in the New Plymouth District Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator for the Wanganui Conservancy, hereby cancels the vesting in The New Plymouth District Council and revokes the reservation as a site for county buildings reserve, for the land described in the Schedule hereto. Schedule Taranaki Land District New Plymouth District 1012 square metres, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. Plan 13422 (formerly Section 4, Town of Urenui). All certificate of title 197/80.
