Classification and Naming of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager (Protection), Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Moturekareka Island Scenic Reserve. Schedule North Auckland Land District Rodney District 15.7827 hectares, more or less, being part of the Island of Moturekareka, situated in Block VII, Kawau Survey District.
