Land Acquired for Local Purpose (Flood Protection) Reserve in Manukau City Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Auckland, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule is acquired, subject to Part IVa of the Conservation Act 1987, to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and to section 27b of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, for local purpose (flood protection) reserve and shall vest in The Manukau City Council on the date of publication in New Zealand Gazette.
