Road Stopped in Western Bay of Plenty District Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto, to be stopped and pursuant to section 118 (1) (a) becomes esplanade reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and vested in The Western Bay of Plenty District Council. Schedule South Auckland Land District 5073 square metres, situated in Block IX, Tauranga Survey District, adjoining the Wairoa River, and now known as Section 1, S.O. 58621; as shown marked ``C'' on S.O.
