Land Acquired for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Western Bay of Plenty District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired, subject to the land secondly described, to a right of way easement shown marked ``A'' on D.P. S. 19250, created by Transfer H. 329742.5, for soil conservation and river control purposes, and shall vest in The Bay of Plenty Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
