Land Acquired for Granting as Compensation in Thames-Coromandel District Pursuant to sections 20 and 21 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for granting as compensation and shall vest in The Waikato Regional Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule South Auckland Land District 13 square metres, being part Lots 6 and 7, Deeds Plan H6; as shown marked ``K'' on S.O. Plan 59848, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton.
