Amending a Notice Realigning Road (Tennant Drive) in the City of Palmerston North Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member L & P, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 14th day of September 1995, realigning Tennant Drive, Palmerston North, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 21 September 1995, No. 103 at page 3317 by: 1. Deleting from the First Schedule of the notice the area thirdly described, referring to the area marked ``C'' on S.O. Plan 37319, and 2. Adding to the First Schedule of the notice the following areas: ``Area m Being 170 Part Section 205, Town of Fitzherbert (A/3282); shown marked ``C'' on S.O. Plan 34675 (part certificate of title 372/84). 659 Part Lot 1, D.P. 8021; shown marked ``D'' on S.O. Plan 34675 (part certificate of title 372/85).'' Dated at Wanganui this 8th day of January 1996.
