Road Stopped in Waikato District Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares the pieces of road described in the Schedule hereto to be stopped and further declares that: (i) Area ``C'', now known as Section 28, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 49, folio 94, subject to memorandum of lease H. 707902.1 and to memorandum of mortgage B. 109825.2 (South Auckland Registry). (ii) Area ``D'', now known as Section 29, S.O. 59700, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 40, folio 158, subject to memorandum of lease H. 707902.1 and to memorandum of mortgage B. 109825.2 (South Auckland Registry).
