Amending a Notice Stopping Road (Greens Road) in the City of Palmerston North Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated 17th day of January 1996, stopping a portion of road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 January 1996, No. 6 at page 174 by: 1. Deleting from the body of the notice the reference to section 120 (3) of the Public Works Act 1981. 2. Deleting from the body of the notice the words ``and amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 27A/865, subject to memorandum of mortgage 706587.5.''
