Revoking an Amending Notice and Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for State Housing Purposes in the City of Porirua Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby: 1. Pursuant to section 54, revokes the amending notice dated 9th day of August 1995, amending a Proclamation taking land for State housing, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 17 August 1995, No. 81, at page 2245. 2. Pursuant to section 55, amends the Proclamation dated the 13th day of September 1960, taking land for State housing purposes, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 September 1960, No. 59 at page 1433 by adding to the body of the Proclamation after the words ``State housing purposes'', the following: ``subject to the rights of way created by orders of Court 7730, 7732 and 8674 over Lot 4; marked ``A'' on D.P. 68367''.
