Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road, Road Stopped and Vested (State Highway No. 5), Mistletoe Hill, Hastings District Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Regional Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Napier, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of February 1996, published in New Zealand Gazette of the 15th day of February 1996, No. 13, page 460, under the heading ``land acquired for road, road stopped and vested (State Highway No. 5), Mistletoe Hill, Hastings District'' by substituting reference to certificate of title C1/1116 in recital (b) (i) for certificate of title C2/1116 and substituting reference to certificate of title C1/1118 in recital (b) (ii) for certificate of title C2/1118.
