Classification and Vesting of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator of the Wellington Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, as a local purpose reserve (community use), subject to the provisions of the said Act, and further, vests the said reserve in The Kapiti Coast District Council in trust for that purpose. Schedule Wellington Land District Kapiti Coast District 169 square metres, more or less, being Section 92, Wainui District, situated in Block II, Paekakariki Survey District. All C.T. 688/98.
