A Right of Way Easement in Gross Acquired in Whakatane District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, a right of way easement in gross in perpetuity described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for microwave station purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said easement shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette. First Schedule Description of Easement The rights and powers implied in and attaching to a right of way as set out in the Seventh Schedule to the Land Transfer Act 1952, under the heading ``Right of Way'' as if the same were fully set out herein and excluding the Ninth Schedule of the Property Law Act 1952. Second Schedule South Auckland Land District Land Over Which Easement is Acquired All those pieces of land, being parts of Section 12, Block IV, Rotoma Survey District; as shown marked ``A'' and ``B'' on S.O.
