Amending a Notice Acquiring Easements, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member - Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 29th day of August 1995, acquiring easements in gross, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3010 by amending the legal description of the area firstly described in its Second Schedule to read ``Section 7, S.O. 37220; shown `Q' on S.O.
