Amending a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member - Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 29th day of August 1995, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3012 by: (a) Amending the legal description of the area eleventhly described in its Schedule to read ``Part Section 1, S.O. 37212; shown marked `Z' on S.O. Plan 37213.'' (b) Deleting from the end of its Schedule ``Parts Gazette notice B. 333778.1.'' and substituting the following: ``Parts Gazette notices 379728.1, 626153.1 and B. 333778.1 and part certificate of title 37B/916.''
