Amending a Notice Acquiring Easements, Crown Development Block, Trentham, Upper Hutt City Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member - Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wanganui, hereby amends the notice dated on the 29th day of August 1995, declaring land to be road, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 September 1995, No. 96 at page 3011 by: (a) Adding to the end of the body of the notice the following: ``(e) ``Stormwater drainage'' over the land described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice.'' (b) Deleting from the Second Schedule the areas thirdly and fourthly described. (c) Adding a Fifth Schedule to the notice as follows: ``Fifth Schedule Wellington Land District Area m Being 8804 Part Section 7, S.O. 37220; shown ``Q'' on S.O.
