Land Acquired for Limited Access Road (State Highway No. 2) Tararua District Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Team Member, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington, declares pursuant to section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989 that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
