Land Acquired for Recreation and Community Development Purposes in Taupo District Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for recreation and community development purposes, and shall vest in The Taupo District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
