Permission to Conduct Within New Zealand a Lottery Conducted Outside New Zealand Pursuant to section 69 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1977, I, Warren Cooper, Minister of Internal Affairs, hereby permit The Jewellery Chain Pty Limited (trading as Kleins Jewellery), to conduct within New Zealand, subject to the conditions specified in the Schedule to this notice, a lottery promoted outside New Zealand as a sales promotion scheme to promote the range of Kleins fashion jewellery and accessories. Schedule Conditions The permission given by this notice is subject to the following conditions, namely: (1) The Jewellery Chain Pty Limited will not conduct the lottery within New Zealand after 19 March 1997. (2) The results of the lottery will be published in the Sunday Star Times on 4 August 1996, 3 November 1996, 2 February 1997 and 13 April 1997. (3) New Zealand winners shall not be subject to any disadvantage as a result of winning a prize. All freight, customs, handling and delivery charges and any insurance costs to cover theft or damage to prizes coming from outside New Zealand will be met by The Jewellery Chain Pty Limited.
