Confiscation of Motor Vehicle Pursuant to section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985, notice is hereby given that Donald Millar (also known as Danny Donald Millar), pensioner of 47A Fitzroy Road, New Plymouth, was convicted of a charge of excess breath alcohol in the District Court at New Plymouth on the 25th day of January 1996.
