Notice of Variation of an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that, having received an application from Lufthansa German Airlines of Cologne, Germany, I have varied the International Air Service Licence held by that airline to increase its capacity on the route ``points in Germany to Auckland via any intermediate point and beyond to any point'', from 2 to 3 return services per week, with any aircraft type, with effect from 27 October 1996.
