Notice of Disclaimer Under Section 338 of the Companies Act 1955 In the matter of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and in the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Gisborne Country Club Limited: Take notice that I, Geoffrey Mark Dangerfield, Acting Secretary to the Treasury, pursuant to section 338 of the Companies Act 1955, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, all right, title and interest of Her Majesty the Queen in the following properties: (a) Firstly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing one thousand five hundred and fifty-six square metres (1556 m), more or less, situated in Block I, Turanganui Survey District, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 1196 of part Lot 37, Makauri Block, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 2B/944, Gisborne Land Registry; and (b) Secondly, an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing two thousand four hundred and ninety-one square metres (2491 m), more or less, situated in Block I, Turanganui Survey District, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 1196 of part Lot 34C, Makauri Block, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title 2B/945, Gisborne Land Registry; being properties formerly held by Gisborne Country Club Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 6 December 1993, and formerly having its registered office at Gisborne. And I certify that the vesting of the said properties did not come to my notice until the 16th day of September 1996. Dated at Wellington this 2nd day of October 1996. G. M.
