Accident Compensation Appeal Authority Reappointment Pursuant to section 103 of the Accident Compensation Act 1982, and section 152 of the Accident Rehabilitation and Compensation Insurance Act 1992, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to reappoint Arthur William Middleton District Court Judge of Wellington, as a member of the Accident Compensation Appeal Authority for a term of three years on and from 15 December 1996.
