Notice of Amendment of an International Air Service Licence Pursuant to section 87q (4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport, dated 28 August 1996, I give notice that I have amended the International Air Service Licence held by Polar Air Cargo to include the right to operate via points in the South Pacific on its services to New Zealand and beyond, with effect from 30 October 1996.
